1. Lead recruitment processes for Client Advisors and head office interns, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners.
2. Serve as the primary contact for internal HR communications, developing and managing communication initiatives.
3. Support the organization and logistics of training programs, including liaising with suppliers and managing delegate registrations.
4. Draft and manage official HR documents, ensuring the accuracy and currency of HR systems.
5. Assist in the coordination and execution of various HR projects, such as internal communication events and employer branding initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is advantageous.
2. Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.
3. Fluency in English and Italian.
