2. Manage internal communications related to HR topics and develop new communication initiatives.
3. Support the organization of training sessions, including supplier contact, delegate registration, and logistics.
4. Draft official HR documents such as contracts and letters of mission, ensuring HR systems are accurate and up-to-date.
5. Assist in the coordination and delivery of various HR projects, including internal communication events and employer branding initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is advantageous.
2. Previous internship experience in HR is appreciated.
3. Fluent in both English and Italian.
