1. Lead recruitment processes for Client Advisors and head office interns, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners.
2. Manage internal communications related to HR topics and develop new communication initiatives.
3. Support the organization of training sessions, including liaising with suppliers, managing registrations, and handling logistics.
4. Draft official HR documents such as contracts and letters of mission, ensuring HR systems are accurate and up-to-date.
5. Assist in organizing, coordinating, and delivering various HR projects, including internal communication events and employer branding initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is advantageous.
2. Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.
3. Fluency in English and Italian.
