- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, with a passion for the luxury fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
