1. Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
2. Manage staff administration including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll processes.
3. Oversee database and HRIS management.
4. Assist in corporate HR reporting.
5. Facilitate internal and external communication.
6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree
2. Strong command of English; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous

1. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
3. Effective communication skills
4. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Beginner level experience in HR or related fields is required.
