- Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
- Manage staff administration including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll processes.
- Oversee database and HRIS management.
- Assist in corporate HR reporting.
- Facilitate internal and external communication.
- Participate in various HR projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong command of English; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Beginner level experience in HR or related fields is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree
