1. Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
2. Manage staff administration including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll processes.
3. Oversee database and HRIS management.
4. Assist in corporate HR reporting.
5. Facilitate internal and external communication.
6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
2. Strong command of English; additional local language skills (Dutch, French, Nordics) are advantageous.

1. Proficiency in IT, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
3. Excellent communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
