- Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
- Manage staff administration including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll processes.
- Oversee database and HRIS management.
- Assist in corporate HR reporting.
- Facilitate internal and external communication.
- Participate in various HR projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
- Strong command of English; additional local language skills (Dutch, French, Nordics) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in IT, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
