- Manage staff administration processes including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll.
- Oversee database and HRIS management.
- Assist in corporate HR reporting.
- Facilitate internal and external communication.
- Participate in various HR projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
- Strong command of English; additional local languages (Dutch, French, Nordics) are advantageous.
- Excellent proficiency in IT skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, proactive approach, and solution-oriented mindset.
