6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree required.

1. Strong command of English; additional local languages (Dutch, French, Nordics) are advantageous.
2. Excellent proficiency in IT skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
