1. Provide comprehensive HR cycle support to HR Business Partners across eight countries.
2. Manage staff administration processes including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll.
3. Oversee database and HRIS management.
4. Assist in corporate HR reporting.
5. Facilitate internal and external communication.
6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree required.

1. Strong command of English; additional local languages (Dutch, French, Nordics) are advantageous.
2. Excellent proficiency in IT skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Effective communication skills, proactive approach, and solution-oriented mindset.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
