4. Assist in HR reporting tasks.
5. Facilitate internal and external communication.
6. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree required.
2. Strong command of English; additional local languages such as Dutch, French, Polish, or Nordic languages are advantageous.

1. Excellent IT proficiency, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
3. Effective communication skills, proactive attitude, and a solution-oriented mindset.
