1. Serve as the primary contact for HR teams across nine regions to ensure the seamless execution of seminars and training sessions within the EMEA Learning and Development framework.
2. Support the logistics, organization, and documentation of managerial development training sessions, both remote and in-person.
3. Actively engage in the management and enhancement of development tools and programs for employees, as well as the EMEA HR community.
4. Contribute to the design and implementation of projects, including mentoring programs and career path development.
5. Adapt to evolving responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

1. Organized and meticulous with a foundational experience in Human Resources.
2. Strong service orientation and customer-focused approach.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable with multicultural interactions.
4. Creative and proactive in proposing improvements.

1. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
3. French language skills are advantageous.

A foundational experience in Human Resources is required.
