Louis Vuitton HR Compensation & Benefits Intern

- Collaborate with the HR Compensation & Benefits team on various reporting tasks, including vacation and leave tracking, smart working records, and compensation packages.
- Assist in the preparation and management of employment documents such as maternity and injury forms, salary certificates, and onboarding paperwork.
- Utilize SAP for contract extensions, transformations, and terminations.
- Provide support for attendance management, assisting store admins and headquarters employees, and ensuring monthly reconciliation.
- Aid in the management of employee benefits including meal vouchers, flexible benefits, internal insurance, and seniority gifts.
- Handle supplier management for Compensation & Benefits, including purchase orders and documentation.
- Support the drafting and distribution of internal communications.
- Assist in the salary review process, including drafting increase letters, payroll data sharing, and payslip verification.
- Bachelor's degree in Humanities or Economics; a Master's in HR is advantageous.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Passion for HR and interest in the retail sector.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and curiosity.
- Proficiency in English.
