1. Collaborate with the HR Compensation & Benefits team on various reporting tasks such as tracking leave, smart working, and turnover.
2. Assist in the preparation of employment documents, including contracts and onboarding documentation.
3. Utilize SAP for contract extensions, transformations, and terminations.
4. Support store admins and headquarters employees with attendance management and monthly reconciliation.
5. Manage benefits such as meal vouchers, flexible benefits, and internal insurance.
6. Coordinate with C&B suppliers regarding purchase orders and documentation.
7. Assist in drafting and sending internal communications.
8. Support the salary review process, including drafting salary increase letters and payroll data sharing.

1. Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is advantageous.
2. Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
3. Passion for HR and interest in the retail sector.
4. Detail-oriented, analytical, and curious.
5. Good command of the English language.
6. Proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
