2. Manage organizational charts independently.

4. Provide support for attendance management, assisting store admins and headquarters employees, and ensuring monthly reconciliation.
5. Maintain both digital and physical archives.
6. Assist in managing employee benefits such as meal vouchers, flexible benefits, internal insurance, and company vehicles.
7. Address HR administrative topics including maternity, workplace injuries, and pension fund enrollments.
8. Manage C&B suppliers, including purchase orders, documentation, and communication.
9. Support the drafting and distribution of internal communications.
10. Coordinate employee agreements and other miscellaneous tasks.

1. Eligibility for a curricular internship through current academic studies.
2. Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's specialization in HR is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Demonstrated passion for HR and interest in the retail sector.
