- Prepare various reports including vacation and leave, compliance with Law 104, hiring and terminations, smart working tracking, and compensation packages.
- Manage organizational charts independently.
- Handle employee onboarding documentation and update payroll files and systems.
- Provide support for attendance management, assisting store admins and headquarters employees, and ensuring monthly reconciliation.
- Maintain both digital and physical archives.
- Assist in managing employee benefits such as meal vouchers, flexible benefits, internal insurance, and company vehicles.
- Address HR administrative topics including maternity, workplace injuries, and pension fund enrollments.
- Manage C&B suppliers, including purchase orders, documentation, and communication.
- Support the drafting and distribution of internal communications.
- Coordinate employee agreements and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Eligibility for a curricular internship through current academic studies.
- Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's specialization in HR is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated passion for HR and interest in the retail sector.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive nature.
