- Prepare various reports including leave balances, compliance with labor laws, and employment changes.
- Manage organizational charts independently.
- Handle employee onboarding documentation and payroll system updates.
- Support attendance tracking and monthly reconciliation for store and headquarters staff.
- Maintain both digital and physical HR archives.
- Assist in managing employee benefits such as meal vouchers, flexible benefits, and internal insurance.
- Address HR administrative topics including maternity leave, workplace injuries, and pension fund enrollments.
- Manage vendor relationships for Compensation & Benefits, including purchase orders and documentation.
- Draft and distribute internal communications.
- Coordinate employee discount agreements and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Eligibility for a curricular internship through current academic studies.
- Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Passion for HR and interest in the retail sector.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive nature.
- Good command of the English language.
