1. Prepare various reports including leave balances, compliance with labor laws, and employment changes.
2. Manage organizational charts independently.
3. Handle employee onboarding documentation and payroll system updates.
4. Support attendance tracking and monthly reconciliation for store and headquarters staff.
5. Maintain both digital and physical HR archives.
6. Assist in managing employee benefits such as meal vouchers, flexible benefits, and internal insurance.
7. Address HR administrative topics including maternity leave, workplace injuries, and pension fund enrollments.
8. Manage vendor relationships for Compensation & Benefits, including purchase orders and documentation.
9. Draft and distribute internal communications.
10. Coordinate employee discount agreements and other miscellaneous tasks.

1. Eligibility for a curricular internship through current academic studies.
2. Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics; a Master's in HR is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Passion for HR and interest in the retail sector.
5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive nature.
6. Good command of the English language.
7. Proactive with a strong team-oriented mindset.
