- Support the management of the administrative life cycle and requests of employees.
- Perform daily HR administration tasks and conduct HR database checks.
- Coordinate HR data with internal teams and stores regularly, including data collection for payroll and staff communications.
- Assist in the complete HR payroll operations each month through an external payroll provider.
- Ensure accuracy of contributions related to social insurances, taxes, and pension fund schemes.
- Assist with monthly follow-up and analysis of benefits.
- Support preparation and regular follow-up on accruals and end-year closing activities.
- Analyze accounting files to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual salary increase and bonus calculations.
- Support the preparation of dashboards for payroll fluctuation, headcounts, turnover, and absence.
- Prepare monthly and annual statistical reports.
- Support the preparation of the annual budget.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or equivalent.
- Previous payroll work experience (internship) in an HR or Accounting role.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable with data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Highly customer-oriented.
- Strong professionalism towards confidential information.
- Flexible and curious.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Entry-level experience, ideally with previous internship experience in payroll, HR, or accounting roles.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or equivalent.
