1. Support the management of the administrative life cycle and requests of employees.
2. Perform daily HR administration tasks and conduct HR database checks.
3. Coordinate HR data with internal teams and stores regularly, including data collection for payroll and staff communications.
4. Assist in the complete HR payroll operations each month through an external payroll provider.
5. Ensure accuracy of contributions related to social insurances, taxes, and pension fund schemes.
6. Assist with monthly follow-up and analysis of benefits.
7. Support preparation and regular follow-up on accruals and end-year closing activities.
8. Analyze accounting files to ensure data accuracy.
9. Assist in the preparation of annual salary increase and bonus calculations.
10. Support the preparation of dashboards for payroll fluctuation, headcounts, turnover, and absence.
11. Prepare monthly and annual statistical reports.
12. Support the preparation of the annual budget.

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or equivalent.
2. Previous payroll work experience (internship) in an HR or Accounting role.
