Louis Vuitton HR Business Partner

- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines.
- Support the Compensation & Benefits team with salary benchmarking and incentive plans.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team to deliver relevant training and development programs.
- Support career development initiatives, including talent review and succession planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience in the retail or fashion industry, focusing on Employee Relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the fashion industry and employee development.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience in the retail or fashion industry, with a focus on Employee Relations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
