- Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to identify staffing needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Oversee store-level hiring activities, ensuring alignment with brand standards and values.
- Lead onboarding and integration processes for new employees, ensuring a positive experience and strong start.
- Advise employees and managers on employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Promote a fair and engaging workplace culture by addressing employee issues and fostering open communication.
- Conduct internal investigations and guide disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and local laws.
- Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with legal advisors on compliance-related matters.
- Work with the Compensation & Benefits team to review and update HR policies.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with Talent Development and Retail Learning teams for timely training delivery.
- Support career development programs such as talent reviews and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning aligned with store performance and individual goals.
- Assist the Compensation & Benefits team with feedback, benchmarking, and salary reviews.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation, benefits, and wellness initiatives.
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions in high-volume, high-growth settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
