Louis Vuitton HR Business Partner

- Provide comprehensive advisory services to management and staff on personnel, social, labor law, and HR-related matters.
- Actively participate in all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle and engage in diverse and challenging projects.
- Plan, execute, and review initiatives related to personnel and organizational development, supporting performance management in collaboration with management, HR leadership, and EMEA HR.
- Develop and implement HR concepts and continuously improve existing processes and concepts.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate contracts, and maintain an active talent pool for talent acquisition.
- Ensure succession planning within the area of responsibility through appropriate talent management measures.
- Successful completion of a university degree with a focus on Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Consultant, ideally in a service-oriented sector.
- Strong comprehension skills, solution-oriented and structured approach to complex issues, high learning agility, and assertiveness.
- Extensive experience with labor law topics.
- Excellent communication and moderation skills, customer orientation combined with entrepreneurial thinking, including coaching training.
- Affinity for new media and agile working methods in HR.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Passion for fashion and retail.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
