Louis Vuitton HR Business Partner

- Partner with Store Managers and Retail Leadership to co-create talent strategies, build strong teams, and drive performance.
- Drive region-level initiatives and key focus projects in areas such as Talent, Employer Branding, DE&I, and Well-being.
- Provide holistic and responsive advice on employee relations, social topics, and labor compliance, coaching managers and proactively resolving sensitive situations.
- Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, internal mobility, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HQ and HR peers to deploy HR projects and talent solutions.
- Monitor team climate and engagement, using insights and analytics to continuously improve HR practices and decisions.
- Act as a change agent, driving initiatives that strengthen culture, employee experience, and business outcomes.
- Keep abreast of talent market trends, HR best practices and be responsible for all HR regulatory compliance.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as HRBP, ideally in retail.
- Strong interest and experience in employee relations and social dialogue, ideally in Italy.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Excellent communication skills, able to build trust quickly and coach senior managers.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong sense of service and excellence.
- Empathetic and perceptive, able to read the room and listen actively.
- Agility in fast-paced, multi-cultural, international environments.
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within the retail sector.
The role offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work, and the opportunity to travel regularly.
