- Influence and develop trust-based relationships with managers to support the formation of successful and diverse teams across various markets.
- Collaborate with retail leadership to identify store needs and manage the full employee lifecycle.
- Deliver effective HR services including manpower planning, talent development, employee engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
- Provide consultation and coaching to retail leadership on employee relations issues.
- Work with HR colleagues, such as those in Compensation & Benefits, to create relevant talent solutions.
- Utilize HR analytics to support people-related decisions.
- Stay informed on talent market trends and HR best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Agility and strong sense of service and excellence.
- Ability to work in fast-paced international environments with multi-cultural teams.
- Strong listening skills and ability to make rational analyses.
- Hands-on approach and comfort with ambiguity.
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese, Greek, Russian, French, or Hebrew are advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in an HR generalist or comparable role, ideally within the retail or hospitality sectors.
Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
