1. Influence and develop trust-based relationships with managers to support the formation of successful and diverse teams across various markets.
2. Collaborate with retail leadership to identify store needs and manage the full employee lifecycle.
3. Deliver effective HR services including manpower planning, talent development, employee engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
4. Provide consultation and coaching to retail leadership on employee relations issues.
5. Work with HR colleagues, such as those in Compensation & Benefits, to create relevant talent solutions.
6. Utilize HR analytics to support people-related decisions.
7. Stay informed on talent market trends and HR best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance.

1. Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role, preferably in retail or hospitality.

6. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese, Greek, Russian, French, or Hebrew are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in an HR generalist or comparable role, ideally within the retail or hospitality sectors.

Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
