Louis Vuitton HR Business Partner

- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to retail teams, providing guidance on HR-related matters for the local market.
- Manage the recruitment process for all levels of positions, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Facilitate talent mapping and succession planning, leading these processes across the respective perimeter.
- Identify training and development needs in collaboration with the Training team and implement programs to enhance employee competencies.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, working closely with the HR Operations Team.
- Communicate HR projects and initiatives within the respective perimeter.
- Support Maison’s initiatives on diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being.
- 4+ years of experience in an international retail or hospitality HR role.
- Swiss HR Brevet and/or knowledge of Swiss labor law is a strong asset.
- Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.
- Strong ability to observe and analyze.
- Excellent listening skills and relational intelligence.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented with an agile mindset.
- Strong organizational skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant HR role, preferably within international retail or hospitality sectors.
Academic background in HR.
