1. Serve as a trusted HR advisor to retail teams, providing guidance on HR-related matters for the local market.
2. Manage the recruitment process for all levels of positions, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
3. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
4. Facilitate talent mapping and succession planning, leading these processes across the respective perimeter.
5. Identify training and development needs in collaboration with the Training team and implement programs to enhance employee competencies.
6. Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, working closely with the HR Operations Team.
8. Communicate HR projects and initiatives within the respective perimeter.
9. Support Maison’s initiatives on diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being.

1. 4+ years of experience in an international retail or hospitality HR role.
2. Swiss HR Brevet and/or knowledge of Swiss labor law is a strong asset.
3. Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.

4. Strong organizational skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant HR role, preferably within international retail or hospitality sectors.

Academic background in HR.
