1. Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives to align with strategic objectives.
2. Act as a partner to store teams, coaching managers on HR matters.
3. Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
4. Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
5. Drive talent management, including succession planning and career development.
6. Collaborate with the Learning Manager and Field Coach Trainers to design learning programs.
7. Manage compensation, benefits, and reporting activities.
8. Advise on employee relations and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
9. Promote CSR activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

1. Substantial experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation within the B&N scope.
3. International and multi-country HR experience preferred.

1. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong commercial awareness and assertiveness.
3. High level of integrity and natural coaching skills.
4. Proficiency in English; additional languages such as French, Dutch, Polish, or a Nordic language are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
