Louis Vuitton HR Business Partner

- Collaborate with Store Managers and Retail Leadership to develop and implement talent strategies, fostering strong teams and enhancing performance.
- Offer comprehensive advice on employee relations, social issues, and labor compliance, coaching managers and addressing sensitive situations proactively.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, internal mobility, and succession planning.
- Work with headquarters and HR colleagues to execute HR projects and talent solutions.
- Assess team climate and engagement, utilizing insights and analytics to refine HR practices and decision-making.
- Act as a change agent, spearheading initiatives to enhance culture, employee experience, and business outcomes.
- Stay informed about talent market trends, HR best practices, and ensure adherence to all HR regulatory compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in retail, hospitality, or people-centric environments.
- Demonstrated interest and experience in employee relations and social dialogue, particularly within Spain.
- Proven ability to work closely with the field, being hands-on and understanding business realities.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately once per month).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and coach senior managers.
- Strong service orientation and commitment to excellence, with agility in fast-paced, multicultural, international settings.
- Empathy and perceptiveness, with the ability to read the room and listen actively.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar HR role, ideally within the retail, hospitality, or similar people-intensive sectors.
