1. Collaborate with Store Managers and Retail Leadership to develop and implement talent strategies, fostering strong teams and enhancing performance.
2. Offer comprehensive advice on employee relations, social issues, and labor compliance, coaching managers and addressing sensitive situations proactively.
3. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, internal mobility, and succession planning.
4. Work with headquarters and HR colleagues to execute HR projects and talent solutions.
5. Assess team climate and engagement, utilizing insights and analytics to refine HR practices and decision-making.
6. Act as a change agent, spearheading initiatives to enhance culture, employee experience, and business outcomes.
7. Stay informed about talent market trends, HR best practices, and ensure adherence to all HR regulatory compliance.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in retail, hospitality, or people-centric environments.
2. Demonstrated interest and experience in employee relations and social dialogue, particularly within Spain.
3. Proven ability to work closely with the field, being hands-on and understanding business realities.
4. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
5. Willingness to travel frequently (approximately once per month).
