Louis Vuitton HR Assistant Intern

- Manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job posting, candidate selection, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
- Optimize staffing during peak activity periods in collaboration with team members.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent attraction.
- Participate in recruitment events such as forums, fairs, and school meetings.
- Contribute to the onboarding of new employees by preparing hiring documents, monitoring probation periods, and facilitating the HR onboarding process.
- Update and manage data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain and monitor HR dashboards related to recruitment, workforce, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
- Actively contribute to innovative HR projects, including employer branding and process redesign.
- Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
- Facilitate HR communication within teams.
- Assist the HR team with daily and recurring tasks.
- Monitor and support interns and apprentices through mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Demonstrated rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
- Proactive with the ability to take initiative.
- Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for talent development and support.
- Creative mindset with strong writing abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Interest in the luxury and retail sectors.
