- Autonomously manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job posting, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding follow-up.

- Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
- Facilitate HR communication within teams.
- Assist the HR team with daily and recurring tasks.
- Monitor and support interns and apprentices through mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.
- Currently pursuing higher education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
- Proactive with strong initiative-taking abilities.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
