- Assist in drafting employment contracts.
- Manage timekeeping, including absences and scheduling.
- Monitor leave balances such as paid leave and compensatory time.
- Track and manage sick leaves.
- Prepare payroll, including variable elements and bonuses.
- Maintain and update HR dashboards.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Human Resources or related field.
- Specialization in Payroll is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +2/Bac +3 in Human Resources.
