Louis Vuitton HR Advisor Intern

- Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in recruitment, career management, training, and HR administration.
- Proactively source and recruit client advisors across the Mediterranean region, managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Build a network of candidates through proactive search and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Draft employment contracts and bonus plans.
- Prepare onboarding packages for new employees.
- Participate in career and talent development initiatives, identifying key talents and developing career plans.
- Explore and propose new HR projects and initiatives in countries like Turkey and Morocco.
- Prepare HR certificates and documents, and run daily reports on employee activities.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in collaboration with the payroll team and Paris HQ.
- Assist with employee entry and exit procedures, and update organizational charts monthly.
- Monitor HR budget and costs, creating purchase orders and collaborating with the Finance team.
- Collaborate with the HR Operations/payroll team on regional HR topics and projects.
- Manage the company's gift policy and support internal communications.
- Assist in organizing annual events and act as an HR Brand Ambassador for Louis Vuitton Mediterranean.
- Eligible to sign a 1-year "Contrato de Prácticas" as per Spanish law.
- University degree, graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program within the past 3 years.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Flexible and innovative mindset.
- Fluency in English and Turkish; Spanish or French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in an HR Generalist role is ideal, though not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
