Louis Vuitton HR Administrative Assistant

- Coordinate SAP purchase orders and invoice follow-up for the HR department, including vendor creation.
- Update organization charts for the Mediterranean region monthly, both in PDF and payroll system (CEGID).
- Prepare various HR certificates and vouchers, such as seniority certificates.
- Serve as the point of contact for key HR communications, including Retail Magazine and announcements.
- Support new employees through the onboarding process, including benefits registration.
- Maintain the online talent database for employee registration and deregistration.
- Manage pre-employment declarations and enrollments with service providers.
- Ensure compliance with employee registration to ECI (UCAGECI platform).
- Monitor termination procedures with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and updated physical and digital employee records.
- Collect monthly payroll incidences, such as meal vouchers and overtime.
- Prepare documentation for labor prevention compliance.
- Graduated from a Business School or University with a degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Ability to formalize a 'contrato de practicas' based on Spanish labor law.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Agile and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Service-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of SAP MyPO system.
A previous experience in a similar role is required, preferably within the retail or luxury sector and/or HR department.
Degree in HR or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to work in a prestigious and dynamic environment. The role is initially for 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year.
