- Welcome clients with the utmost courtesy and professionalism, ensuring an excellent first impression of the brand.
- Ensure each client enjoys a unique and luxurious experience, managing the queue and client departures.
- Identify client needs and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel within the store and Harrods.
- Manage the daily client appointment calendar and promote the appointment service as needed.
- Support the management team in managing waiting times and client flow effectively.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to clients on local events, restaurants, and cultural points of interest.
- Support special events based on business needs.
- Build relationships with key Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Assist with administrative duties within the store as required.
- Experience in Concierge Services, Hosting Services, VIP Relations, or Hospitality Management.
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations respectfully and diffuse conflict.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and handle conflicting priorities.
- Proven experience in multi-tasking in a high-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of the local area and key events.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
