8. Support special events as required by business needs.
9. Build relationships with key Very Important Clients (VICs).
10. Assist with administrative duties within the store as needed.

1. Experience in Concierge Services, Hosting Services, VIP Relations, or Hospitality Management.
2. Proven success in a client-facing environment.

2. Ability to navigate difficult conversations respectfully and diffuse conflict.
3. Good knowledge of the local area and key events.
4. Detail-oriented and organized.
5. Ability to prioritize and handle conflicting priorities.
6. Capability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
