4. Manage the daily client appointment calendar and promote the appointment service.

6. Collaborate with the store team to create a seamless client experience in line with brand standards.
7. Provide recommendations and guidance on local events, restaurants, and cultural points of interest.
8. Support special events as required by business needs.
9. Build relationships with key Very Important Clients (VICs).
10. Assist with administrative duties within the store as needed.

1. Experience in Concierge Services, Hosting Services, VIP Relations, or Hospitality Management.
2. Proven success in a client-facing environment.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication.
2. Ability to navigate difficult conversations respectfully and diffuse conflict.
3. Good knowledge of the local area and key events.
4. Detail-oriented and organized.
5. Ability to prioritize and handle conflicting priorities.
6. Capability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.

Beginner level experience required.
