- Welcome clients with the utmost courtesy and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Ensure each client has a unique and luxurious experience, animating the queue and enhancing their departure.
- Identify client needs and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel within the store.
- Manage the daily client appointment calendar, promoting the appointment service as needed.
- Support the management team in managing and animating waiting times and client flow.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a seamless client experience in line with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Provide recommendations and guide clients to local events, restaurants, and cultural points of interest.
- Support special events based on business needs.
- Build relationships with key VIC clients.
- Assist with other administrative duties within the store as required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Concierge Services, Hosting Services, VIP Relations, or Hospitality Management.
- Proven success in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication.
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations respectfully and diffuse conflicts.
- Strong knowledge of the local area and key events.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities.
- Proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 3 years in roles related to Concierge Services, Hosting Services, VIP Relations, or Hospitality Management.
