3. Identify client needs and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel within the store.
4. Manage the daily client appointment calendar, promoting the appointment service as needed.
5. Support the management team in managing and animating waiting times and client flow.
6. Collaborate with the store team to create a seamless client experience in line with Louis Vuitton standards.
7. Provide recommendations and guide clients to local events, restaurants, and cultural points of interest.
8. Support special events based on business needs.
9. Build relationships with key VIC clients.
10. Assist with other administrative duties within the store as required.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Concierge Services, Hosting Services, VIP Relations, or Hospitality Management.
2. Proven success in a client-facing environment.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication.
2. Ability to navigate difficult conversations respectfully and diffuse conflicts.
3. Strong knowledge of the local area and key events.
4. Detail-oriented and organized.
5. Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities.
6. Proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 3 years in roles related to Concierge Services, Hosting Services, VIP Relations, or Hospitality Management.
