4. Manage the daily client appointment calendar, promoting the appointment service as needed.
5. Support the management team in effectively managing and animating waiting times and client flow.
6. Collaborate with the store team to create a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards.
7. Provide recommendations and guide clients to local events, restaurants, cultural happenings, and points of interest.
8. Support special events based on business needs.
9. Build relationships with key Very Important Clients (VIC).
10. Assist with various administrative duties within the store as required.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Concierge Services, Hosting Services, VIP Relations, or Hospitality Management.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication.
2. Ability to navigate difficult conversations respectfully and diffuse conflict.
3. Strong knowledge of the local area and key events.
4. Detail-oriented and organized.
5. Ability to prioritize and handle conflicting priorities.
6. Proven ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing environment, preferably in luxury or hospitality sectors.
