- Collaborate with designers, consultants, suppliers, and external manufacturers from the design phase to final prototypes.
- Support the creative phase with visual and material research including moodboards, textures, finishes, and color palettes, focusing on ceramics, glass, and associated artisanal techniques.
- Develop aesthetic, technical, and ergonomic aspects of each product while respecting the brand's DNA and material constraints.
- Produce all necessary development materials: technical drawings, 3D models, renderings, and mock-ups.
- Define material and technical needs for each project, identifying suitable suppliers or artisans, particularly in glass and ceramics.
- Oversee prototype quality with a focus on finishes, details, and durability.
- Manage budgets related to development phases.
- Explore new concepts and creative directions through visual research, sketching, modeling, and storytelling.
- Translate design intentions into impactful visual narratives highlighting craftsmanship, material, and function.
- Create clear and engaging presentations to share the creative vision and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creating and developing homeware and/or tableware items.
- Degree in Product Design, Interior Design, or Applied Arts with a specialization in ceramics, glass, metal, leather, etc.
- Strong creative and conceptual sensitivity with excellent mastery of materials and manufacturing processes, especially in glass and ceramics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Rhinoceros, Keyshot, PowerPoint; Solidworks is a plus.
- Good knowledge of design history and decorative arts, with particular awareness of current trends in tableware and homeware.
- Sensitivity to luxury codes and artisanal excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
- Proactive, dynamic, agile, and adaptable.
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in homeware and/or tableware design and development.
Degree in Product Design, Interior Design, or Applied Arts.
