1. Collaborate with designers, consultants, suppliers, and external manufacturers from the design phase to final prototypes.
2. Support the creative phase with visual and material research including moodboards, textures, finishes, and color palettes, focusing on ceramics, glass, and associated artisanal techniques.
3. Develop aesthetic, technical, and ergonomic aspects of each product while respecting the brand's DNA and material constraints.
4. Produce all necessary development materials: technical drawings, 3D models, renderings, and mock-ups.
5. Define material and technical needs for each project, identifying suitable suppliers or artisans, particularly in glass and ceramics.
6. Oversee prototype quality with a focus on finishes, details, and durability.
7. Manage budgets related to development phases.
8. Explore new concepts and creative directions through visual research, sketching, modeling, and storytelling.
9. Translate design intentions into impactful visual narratives highlighting craftsmanship, material, and function.
10. Create clear and engaging presentations to share the creative vision and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in creating and developing homeware and/or tableware items.
2. Degree in Product Design, Interior Design, or Applied Arts with a specialization in ceramics, glass, metal, leather, etc.

1. Strong creative and conceptual sensitivity with excellent mastery of materials and manufacturing processes, especially in glass and ceramics.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Rhinoceros, Keyshot, PowerPoint; Solidworks is a plus.
3. Good knowledge of design history and decorative arts, with particular awareness of current trends in tableware and homeware.
4. Sensitivity to luxury codes and artisanal excellence.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
6. Proactive, dynamic, agile, and adaptable.
7. Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
8. Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in homeware and/or tableware design and development.

Degree in Product Design, Interior Design, or Applied Arts.
