1. Identify and engage with potential candidates for Client Advisor, Visual Merchandising Associate, and Team Lead positions.
2. Host and manage an in-person hiring event to assess and recruit top talent.
3. Collaborate with store management to ensure alignment with brand standards and expectations.
4. Facilitate interviews and evaluate candidates' fit for various roles within the luxury retail environment.

4. Demonstrated ability to implement visual merchandising strategies (for Visual Merchandising Associates).

Hourly rate ranging from USD $23-$40, plus potential commission.
