1. Participate in the design of collections, including sketches, conceptual drawings, renderings, and technical documents.
2. Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure design vision clarity and coherence.
3. Coordinate with CAD/3D teams and support sample development.
4. Contribute to supplier relationship development and work with industrial teams.
5. Research new techniques and materials to support continuous creative process improvement.
6. Participate in internal and digital presentations, and coordinate styling and visual merchandising guidelines.
7. Mentor and guide junior designers and interns within the studio.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in high jewelry design.
2. Proven creativity, initiative, and structured work approach.
3. Excellent technical knowledge in jewelry construction with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CAD/3D tools.
5. Deep expertise in gemstones and mastery of gouache techniques.
6. Strong skills in sketching, visual communication, and presentation.
7. Ability to adapt to the Maison's DNA and collaborate in a dynamic luxury-sensitive environment.
8. Fluency in French and English.
