1. Develop and continuously update the company's Risk Assessment Document (DVR) in accordance with legislative decree 81/08.
2. Evaluate risk factors and implement safety and health measures in compliance with current regulations.
3. Propose and manage worker information and training programs.
4. Oversee the correct use of company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
5. Collaborate with the Competent Doctor to schedule worker health surveillance.
6. Coordinate emergency and incident prevention and response.
7. Prepare necessary documentation for managing interferences related to subcontracted activities (D.U.V.R.I., art. 26 D.Lgs. 81/08).
8. Coordinate the maintenance of fixed and portable fire protection equipment on site.
9. Supervise waste management and procedures, ensuring compliance with operational procedures for waste handling.
10. Oversee the proper functioning of purification plants and atmospheric emission treatments.
11. Ensure correct waste storage methods at the facility.
12. Verify and update the authorizations of suppliers responsible for waste transport and disposal.
13. Manage office and production environment maintenance.
14. Ensure efficient service provision and site security.
15. Supply office materials, work clothing, PPE, and all company assets.
16. Coordinate service and front desk personnel activities.
17. Manage contracts with external service providers.
18. Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment.
19. Define KPIs to guide operational excellence of machinery and equipment.
20. Propose machinery improvements and collaborate with the plant director.
21. Implement CSR investments, managing the company's energy balance.

1. Diploma or degree in technical or scientific disciplines.
2. RSPP training and certification (modules A+B+C).
3. Qualification as a Health and Safety Trainer.
4. Competence in contract management.
5. Knowledge of environmental and safety policies, laws, and regulations.

1. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and/or French is advantageous.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 7-10 years in a similar role is required.
