Louis Vuitton Health, Safety, and General Services Manager

- Develop and continuously update the company's Risk Assessment Document (DVR) in accordance with legislative decree 81/08.
- Evaluate risk factors and implement safety and health measures in compliance with current regulations.
- Propose and manage worker information and training programs.
- Oversee the correct use of company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the Competent Doctor to schedule worker health surveillance.
- Coordinate emergency and incident prevention and response.
- Prepare necessary documentation for managing interferences related to subcontracted activities (D.U.V.R.I., art. 26 D.Lgs. 81/08).
- Coordinate the maintenance of fixed and portable fire protection equipment on site.
- Supervise waste management and procedures, ensuring compliance with operational procedures for waste handling.
- Oversee the proper functioning of purification plants and atmospheric emission treatments.
- Ensure correct waste storage methods at the facility.
- Verify and update the authorizations of suppliers responsible for waste transport and disposal.
- Manage office and production environment maintenance.
- Ensure efficient service provision and site security.
- Supply office materials, work clothing, PPE, and all company assets.
- Coordinate service and front desk personnel activities.
- Manage contracts with external service providers.
- Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment.
- Define KPIs to guide operational excellence of machinery and equipment.
- Propose machinery improvements and collaborate with the plant director.
- Implement CSR investments, managing the company's energy balance.
- Diploma or degree in technical or scientific disciplines.
- RSPP training and certification (modules A+B+C).
- Qualification as a Health and Safety Trainer.
- Competence in contract management.
- Knowledge of environmental and safety policies, laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English and/or French is advantageous.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 7-10 years in a similar role is required.
Diploma or degree in technical or scientific disciplines.
