1. Develop and continuously update the company's Risk Assessment Document (DVR) in compliance with legislative decree 81/08.
2. Evaluate risk factors and implement safety measures to ensure a healthy work environment in accordance with current regulations.
3. Propose and manage worker information and training programs.
4. Oversee and verify the correct use of company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
5. Coordinate health surveillance programs in collaboration with the Competent Doctor.
6. Manage emergency and incident prevention and response coordination.
7. Prepare necessary documentation for managing interferences related to subcontracted activities (D.U.V.R.I., ex art. 26 D.Lgs. 81/08).
8. Coordinate maintenance of fixed and portable fire prevention equipment on site.
9. Supervise waste management activities and procedures.
10. Develop and define operational procedures related to waste handling.
11. Ensure proper functioning of purification plants and emission treatments.
12. Oversee correct waste storage methods at the facility.
13. Verify supplier authorizations for waste transport and disposal, updating relevant documents.
14. Manage maintenance of office and production environments.
15. Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of site services and security.
16. Procure office supplies, workwear, PPE, and all company assets.
17. Coordinate activities of service and front desk personnel.
18. Manage contracts with external service providers.
19. Oversee service/goods contracts within assigned budget.
20. Develop and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment.
21. Define KPIs to guide operational excellence of machinery and equipment.
22. Propose machinery improvements and collaborate with the plant director.
23. Implement CSR investments, managing the company's energy balance.

1. Diploma/Degree in technical-scientific disciplines.
2. 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
3. RSPP training and certification (modules A+B+C).
4. Qualification as a Health and Safety Trainer.
5. Expertise in contract management.
6. Knowledge of environmental and safety policies, laws, and regulations.
7. Proficiency in English and/or French is advantageous.
