Louis Vuitton Health, Safety, and Environment Manager

- Develop and update the Risk Assessment Document and preventive measures for workplace safety and health in compliance with D.Lgs. 81/08.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare, control, and update company procedures and operational instructions regarding health, safety, and environment.
- Promote a culture of safety by coordinating worker information and training activities in collaboration with the headquarters and other Italian sites.
- Manage and verify the correct use of company PPE.
- Coordinate with the Occupational Physician to schedule health surveillance of workers in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Plan mandatory safety training in coordination with Human Resources.
- Coordinate emergency and incident prevention and response.
- Draft necessary documentation for managing interferences related to contracted activities (D.U.V.R.I., ex art. 26 D.Lgs. 81/08).
- Compile reports on accidents, near misses, and safety and environmental KPIs.
- Support Supervisors in ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational instructions.
- Verify compliance with environmental regulations.
- Coordinate third-party activities in waste management and related procedures.
- Verify authorizations of suppliers tasked with waste transport and disposal, and update documents.
- Promote environmental awareness by coordinating worker information and training activities in collaboration with the headquarters and other Italian sites.
- Manage routine and extraordinary maintenance of the facility and machinery by coordinating third-party activities.
- Handle contractual activities of external companies managing maintenance services within the assigned budget.
- Draft and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
- Define and monitor KPIs to ensure operational efficiency of machinery and equipment.
- Manage the company vehicle fleet and related policies.
- Coordinate maintenance of fixed and portable fire protection systems installed on site.
- Technical Engineering Degree or Master's in Health, Safety, and Environment topics.
- RSPP training with relevant certification (modules A+B+C).
- Qualification as a Health and Safety Trainer.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and result-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to understand and negotiate contractual terms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in industrial settings.
Technical Engineering Degree or Master's in relevant fields.
