1. Develop and update the Risk Assessment Document and preventive measures for workplace safety and health.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Prepare, control, and update company procedures and operational instructions related to health, safety, and environment.
4. Promote a safety culture by coordinating worker information and training activities.
5. Manage and verify the correct use of company PPE.
6. Coordinate health surveillance of workers in collaboration with the Competent Doctor and Human Resources.
7. Plan mandatory safety training in coordination with Human Resources.
8. Coordinate emergency and incident prevention and response.
9. Prepare necessary documentation for managing interferences related to subcontracted activities.
10. Generate reports on accidents, near misses, and safety and environmental KPIs.
11. Support supervisors in ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational instructions.
12. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
13. Coordinate third-party activities related to waste management and procedures.
14. Verify supplier authorizations for waste transport and disposal and update documents.
15. Promote an environmental culture by coordinating worker information and training activities.
16. Manage routine and extraordinary maintenance of the facility and machinery.
17. Handle contractual activities with external companies for maintenance services within the assigned budget.
18. Draft and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
19. Define and monitor KPIs to ensure operational efficiency of machinery and equipment.
20. Manage the company vehicle fleet and related policies.
21. Coordinate maintenance of fixed and portable fire protection equipment on site.

1. Technical Engineering degree or Master's in Health, Safety, and Environment topics.
2. RSPP training with modules A+B+C certification.
3. Qualification as a Health and Safety Trainer.

1. Strong organizational, analytical, and result-oriented skills.
2. Excellent communication and team facilitation skills.
3. Ability to understand and negotiate contractual terms.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in industrial settings.

Technical Engineering degree or Master's in Health, Safety, and Environment topics.
