1. Collaborate in the development and constant updating of the company's Risk Assessment Document (DVR) in compliance with legislative decree 81/08.
2. Support the Health and Safety Manager (RSPP) in evaluating risk factors and implementing safety and health measures in the workplace, ensuring adherence to current regulations.
3. Monitor the progress of employee information programs related to safety.
4. Manage and verify the correct use of company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
5. In collaboration with the RSPP, schedule workers' health surveillance.
6. Monitor the updating of necessary documentation for managing interferences related to subcontracted activities (D.U.V.R.I., as per art. 26 D.Lgs. 81/08).
7. Coordinate the maintenance of fixed and portable fire-fighting equipment installed on-site.
8. Oversee waste management activities and procedures, ensuring proper waste storage at the facility.
9. Promote a culture of safety by supporting information activities.
10. Archive reports on accidents, near misses, and safety and environmental KPIs.
11. Support the management and maintenance of company offices and production environments.
12. Provide office supplies, work clothing, PPE, and all company assets.
13. Assist the function manager in managing contracts with external supply companies.
14. Oversee service/goods contracts within assigned budget.
15. Update KPIs to drive operational excellence of machinery and equipment.

1. Diploma or degree in technical or scientific disciplines.
2. ASPP training with relevant certification (modules A+B+C).
3. Competence in contract management.
4. Knowledge and understanding of environmental and safety policies, laws, and regulations.

1. Proficiency in English and/or French is an advantage.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Diploma or degree in technical or scientific disciplines.
