- Collaborate in the development and constant updating of the company's Risk Assessment Document (DVR) in compliance with legislative decree 81/08.
- Support the Health and Safety Manager (RSPP) in evaluating risk factors and implementing safety and health measures in the workplace, ensuring adherence to current regulations.
- Monitor the progress of employee information programs related to safety.
- Manage and verify the correct use of company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- In collaboration with the RSPP, schedule workers' health surveillance.
- Monitor the updating of necessary documentation for managing interferences related to subcontracted activities (D.U.V.R.I., as per art. 26 D.Lgs. 81/08).
- Coordinate the maintenance of fixed and portable fire-fighting equipment installed on-site.
- Oversee waste management activities and procedures, ensuring proper waste storage at the facility.
- Promote a culture of safety by supporting information activities.
- Archive reports on accidents, near misses, and safety and environmental KPIs.
- Support the management and maintenance of company offices and production environments.
- Provide office supplies, work clothing, PPE, and all company assets.
- Assist the function manager in managing contracts with external supply companies.
- Oversee service/goods contracts within assigned budget.
- Update KPIs to drive operational excellence of machinery and equipment.
- Diploma or degree in technical or scientific disciplines.
- ASPP training with relevant certification (modules A+B+C).
- Competence in contract management.
- Knowledge and understanding of environmental and safety policies, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in English and/or French is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Diploma or degree in technical or scientific disciplines.
