Louis Vuitton HSE Manager

- Coordinate and lead health and safety initiatives in line with Louis Vuitton's strategic framework for a manufacturing workshop.
- Ensure the development and monitoring of the risk assessment document, updating it and engaging management and the CSSCT in its implementation.
- Act as the key contact for safety-related matters, including workplace layout, machinery, equipment, and periodic inspections.
- Liaise with external companies to assess on-site service risks, drafting and ensuring compliance with prevention plans.
- Monitor workplace accidents in collaboration with the nurse, recording incidents, analyzing causes, and identifying preventive and corrective actions.
- Define and implement safety training programs, including onboarding for new workshop arrivals and ongoing training deployment.
- Promote a safety culture through communication and engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the main contact for CSSCT members, organizing and leading meetings.
- Oversee the provision and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Develop and manage the site's environmental management system.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with French and European environmental standards, providing necessary recommendations.
- Coordinate projects for economic and financial gains related to energy balance, emissions, and environmental impact.
- Participate in contract reviews with environmental service providers, particularly in defining specifications.
- Lead the site's environmental action plan, focusing on ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications.
- Manage the building maintenance service provider, ensuring effective service delivery through on-site presence and regular follow-up meetings.
- Engineering degree with a specialization in HSE.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and engage teams in safety and environmental initiatives.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and risk management.
A minimum of 5 years in a challenging industrial setting, with proven expertise in health, safety, and environmental management.
Engineering degree with a specialization in HSE.
