1. Coordinate and lead health and safety initiatives and environmental systems for a manufacturing workshop.
2. Ensure the development and monitoring of risk assessment documents and update them regularly.
3. Act as a liaison for safety-related matters, including equipment and installations.
4. Evaluate risks for external services and ensure the implementation of prevention plans.
5. Monitor workplace accidents and near-misses, and develop preventive and corrective action plans.
6. Define and implement safety training programs for new employees.
7. Promote a safety culture through communication and engagement activities.
8. Collaborate with CSSCT members and support services for building safety.
9. Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) availability.
10. Develop and implement the site's environmental management system.
11. Ensure compliance with French and European environmental regulations.
12. Coordinate projects for economic and financial gains in energy balance and environmental impact.
13. Participate in contract reviews with environmental service providers.
14. Manage environmental indicators and action plans, including ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications.
15. Oversee building maintenance service providers and conduct follow-up meetings.

1. Engineering degree with a specialization in HSE.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment.
