1. Develop and update the Risk Assessment Document and preventive measures for workplace safety and health in compliance with D.Lgs. 81/08.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Prepare, control, and update company procedures and operational instructions related to health, safety, and environment.
4. Foster a culture of safety by coordinating information and training activities for employees in collaboration with the headquarters and other Italian sites.
5. Manage and verify the correct use of company personal protective equipment (PPE).
6. Coordinate health surveillance of employees in collaboration with the Competent Doctor and Human Resources.
7. Plan mandatory safety training in coordination with Human Resources.
8. Coordinate emergency and incident prevention and response.
9. Draft necessary documentation for managing interferences related to subcontracted activities (D.U.V.R.I., ex art. 26 D.Lgs. 81/08).
10. Compile reports on accidents, near misses, and safety and environmental KPIs.
11. Support Supervisors in ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational instructions.
12. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
13. Coordinate third-party activities related to waste management and procedures.
14. Verify supplier authorizations for waste transport and disposal and update documents.
15. Promote environmental awareness by coordinating information and training activities for employees.
16. Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the facility and machinery, coordinating third-party activities.
17. Oversee contractual activities of external maintenance service providers in line with the assigned budget.
18. Draft and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
19. Define and monitor KPIs to ensure operational efficiency of machinery and equipment.
20. Manage the company vehicle fleet and related policies.
21. Coordinate maintenance of fixed and portable fire protection equipment on site.

1. Technical Engineering Degree or Master's in Health, Safety, and Environment topics.
2. RSPP training with relevant certification (modules A+B+C).
3. Trainer qualification for health and safety.
4. Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations.

1. Strong organizational, analytical, and result-oriented skills.
2. Excellent communication and team facilitation abilities.
3. Contractual terms comprehension and negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in industrial settings.

Technical Engineering Degree or Master's in related fields.
