1. Coordinate and lead the implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives in alignment with the company's policies.
2. Develop and oversee the HSE roadmap in collaboration with management, ensuring the execution and monitoring of the FOCUS initiative.
3. Design and manage training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development in health and safety practices.
4. Guide managerial teams in analyzing health and safety incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures.
5. Organize and facilitate safety committee meetings and monthly steering committee sessions.
6. Promote a culture of health and safety through communication and engagement activities.
7. Ensure the creation and maintenance of risk assessment documents, updating them regularly and engaging management and committees in preventive actions.
8. Serve as a key contact for external contractors, overseeing risk assessments and the implementation of safety plans.
9. Monitor health and safety indicators, including incidents, near-misses, and risk situations.
10. Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 standards and regulatory requirements, providing recommendations for adherence to evolving regulations.
11. Support management in liaising with regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with group and brand standards.
12. Oversee the management of chemical products, including storage protocols, safety data sheets, and compliance with the REACH platform.

1. Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or a related field, with a focus on workplace ergonomics.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial setting.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial environment.
