- Coordinate and lead the implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives in alignment with the company's policies.
- Develop and oversee the HSE roadmap in collaboration with management, ensuring the execution and monitoring of the FOCUS initiative.
- Design and manage training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development in health and safety practices.
- Guide managerial teams in analyzing health and safety incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures.
- Organize and facilitate safety committee meetings and monthly steering committee sessions.
- Promote a culture of health and safety through communication and engagement activities.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of risk assessment documents, updating them regularly and engaging management and committees in preventive actions.
- Serve as a key contact for external contractors, overseeing risk assessments and the implementation of safety plans.
- Monitor health and safety indicators, including incidents, near-misses, and risk situations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 standards and regulatory requirements, providing recommendations for adherence to evolving regulations.
- Support management in liaising with regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with group and brand standards.
- Oversee the management of chemical products, including storage protocols, safety data sheets, and compliance with the REACH platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or a related field, with a focus on workplace ergonomics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and incident analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial environment.
Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or a related field.
