- Evaluate and mitigate occupational risks by updating the DUERP with identified risks and corrective and preventive action plans in collaboration with contributors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Cultivate a health and safety culture, managing the network of Workplace First Responders and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies related to Quality of Life and Working Conditions.
- Monitor and analyze workplace accidents and occupational illnesses, collaborating with occupational health services to develop preventive and corrective action plans.
- Adapt workstations in collaboration with occupational health and the Disability Mission to support the employment of employees with disabilities.
- Oversee the overhaul of the health and safety document management system.
- Master's degree or equivalent in HSE or risk prevention.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a complex, multi-sector environment (headquarters, R&D, industry, logistics).
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent pedagogical and writing skills.
- Strong ability to communicate, analyze, and engage in continuous improvement.
- Ability to persuade while respecting differing viewpoints.
- Goal-oriented with adaptable approaches to achieve objectives.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 5 years in a complex, multi-sector environment such as headquarters, R&D, industry, or logistics.
Master's degree or equivalent in HSE or risk prevention.
