- Develop and promote the FOCUS health and safety management system in alignment with LVMH Group commitments.
- Adapt the system based on risk assessments and ensure its integration across workshops.
- Define and implement the annual health and safety roadmap for each site.
- Ensure comprehensive risk evaluations and analysis of unwanted events.
- Deploy preventive and control measures in collaboration with the HSE community.
- Lead and adapt health and safety training programs for all employees.
- Serve as the liaison with training organizations for the Industrial Directorate.
- Support management teams in applying tools and best practices.
- Conduct audits of workshops according to Health & Safety standards and maturity matrix.
- Assist workshops in developing their action plans.
- Coordinate emergency interventions and major incident response plans.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions with Technical and HSE teams.
- Facilitate the HSE network and the industrial health and safety committee.
- Lead working groups with Workshop Directors to adjust the roadmap and management system.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business School, University, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in project management.
- Autonomous and proactive nature.
A minimum of 10 years in health and safety management or similar roles, with a strong understanding of industrial operations and project management experience.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Business School, University, or equivalent.
