1. Serve as the primary in-market contact to develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive art and culture strategy for the Louis Vuitton Shinsegae Building in Korea.
2. Oversee the development, implementation, and management of high-quality, innovative art and culture programs and exhibitions.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including artists, art organizations, cultural institutions, and high-net-worth clients.
4. Serve as a key spokesperson and advocate for Louis Vuitton's art and culture initiatives within the Korean market.
5. Develop and manage the art and culture budget effectively.

1. Bachelor's degree in Art, Communication, or Business-related field.
2. 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the art and culture sector.
3. Proven track record of strategic planning, program development, and project management.

1. Deep understanding of the art world and current trends.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to build trusting relationships in a multinational matrix organization.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the art and culture sector.

Bachelor's degree in Art, Communication, or Business-related field.
