Louis Vuitton Group Marketing Manager - Home & Lifestyle

- Develop the collection structure, including marketing plans, positioning, and pricing, in alignment with the creative identity set by the Artistic Direction.
- Ensure the relevance and sustainability of collections by analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, sales performance, and set objectives within the Home universe.
- Collaborate closely with Design and Industrial teams throughout the development process.
- Monitor and enhance profit margins, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Facilitate interaction with various departments such as architecture, communication, and retail for product development and operational launch.
- Present new products to regional teams during product showrooms.
- Construct comprehensive business plans.
- Master's degree in Business or a related field, potentially complemented by a fashion master's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing development, with at least one experience in the Art of Living sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse profiles (creative, industrial, commercial).
- Strong product sensitivity and interest in the Home, Art of Living, and design sectors.
- Curiosity and ability to capture current trends.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, numerical proficiency.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pragmatism and reactivity.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with tenacity, autonomy, and initiative.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Master's degree in Business or related field.
