Louis Vuitton Group Manager, Leather Goods

- Define and manage the budget for prototyping and duplications, ensuring compliance.
- Contribute to the construction of the research budget in collaboration with sourcing teams.
- Develop the global marketing strategy and translate top management's vision into concrete activations for the category.
- Structure collection needs by theme and animate the marketing team in drafting the brief.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to address the silhouette approach and present the brief to the project team, including Design.
- Build, animate, and manage the annual development schedule for the collection.
- Validate agendas and milestones for collection construction, including project reviews and storyboards.
- Plan and implement cross-functional milestones, including scenographic needs.
- Define, share, and order the leather color palette for the collection, ensuring budget adherence.
- Collaborate with merchandising to define collection priorities and share with the project team.
- Validate post-milestone editings (storyboards, showrooms) and facilitate Go Style validation respecting margin, brand guidelines, and desired aesthetics.
- Support the upstream/downstream transmission of the collection and follow the novelty management to ensure quality launches.
- Define the 360 strategy for the collection and oversee training topics, format, and content validation.
- Act as the primary contact for Visual Merchandising teams to define guidelines and develop sales support tools (packaging, boutique animation, pop-in, pop-up).
- Recruit talents, organize missions, and manage team performance and skill development.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Marketing, with significant experience in Leather Goods.
- Strong product sensitivity with excellent knowledge of the Luxury, Fashion, and competitive environment.
- Proficiency in marketing techniques: marketing plan design and management, pricing strategy definition, market analysis.
- Solid project management and team management skills.
- Recognized for emotional intelligence, adaptability, and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented with leadership skills to influence and unite teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent command of French and English.
At least 7 years of experience in Product Marketing, particularly in Leather Goods.
