Graduate Program - Product Edition

1. Participate in multiple rotational assignments ranging from 2 weeks to 9 months each over an 18-to-24-month program.
2. Work in Retail for 2 months, closely interacting with clients in EMEA stores.
3. Spend 2 weeks with craftspeople in one of the Ateliers in France.
4. Engage with Collection Merchandising teams for 6 to 9 months.
5. Collaborate with Retail Merchandising teams for 6 to 9 months.
6. Work with Digital teams for 2 months.

1. Hold a European Master’s Degree or international equivalent.
2. Available to start working full-time in September 2025 in Paris.
3. Have no more than two years of work experience (excluding internships, apprenticeships, and summer jobs).
4. Fluent in English (French is a plus, but not mandatory).
5. Not hold a permanent contract within the LVMH Group or one of its Houses.

4. Leadership potential.

Beginner level, with no prior experience in luxury goods or product management required.

European Master’s Degree or international equivalent.
