1. Participate in a rotational program lasting 18 to 24 months, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operations ecosystem.
2. Engage in a one-month discovery phase, including immersions at headquarters, retail locations, and workshops.
3. Complete 6 to 9 months of on-site experience in France, focusing on workshops or logistic centers.
4. Undertake 6 to 9 months of international on-site experience, further developing expertise in workshops or logistic centers.
5. Spend 6 to 9 months at the Paris headquarters, deepening understanding of global operations.

1. European Master's degree or equivalent international qualification, completed between June 2024 and September 2026.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Willingness to relocate across various locations in France and internationally.
4. Not currently holding a permanent contract within the LVMH Group.
